Seanna has been English lead in school for over 7years with a passion for developing early reading and reading culture - especially for children with SEND. In her own school she has implemented Little Wandle and has achieved 100% pass rate at PSC for the past 3 years.

Working across the north of England, Seanna has developed reading across a huge number of settings as her work as an SLE and LLE. Most recently supporting schools moving from Requires Improvement to Good or Outstanding. 

For children in her care she fosters an attitude of, 'anything is possible' and is relentless in this mission
