Emilia is an experienced Early Years and KS1 teacher and is enthusiastic about championing early reading in schools. Emilia is passionate about every child becoming a reader and supporting each unique child on their reading journey. She has worked hard to build a love of reading within schools she has worked in, through dedicated daily Storytime, high-quality texts and book talk. Emilia has over 8 years successful experience leading English and early reading, guiding staff to believe in a ‘whatever it takes’ vision and have ambition for all pupils. Emilia continues to support and guide the teams she works with, through supportive coaching and monitoring that focuses on fidelity and precision of teaching. She has secured rapid improvement with schools she has worked with championing leaders to bring about instrumental change to improve outcomes and develop a positive ethos where reading is love, shared and celebrated.
